Apartments Northwest, LLC, was founded in November, 1999 by John Pyle and Tim Gray. The company specializes in the brokerage of multi-family apartment buildings in Portland, Salem and other Willamette Valley markets. Apartments Northwest offers investors access to a wide range of apartment inventory, extensive transactional experience, and savvy market knowledge earned by successfully completing a large number of apartment sales.

Founding members Gray and Pyle collectively have over 50 years of real estate experience navigating various market cycles. Over the years, we have thrived during difficult market cycles because of our seasoned approach to real estate brokerage and our sound advice to clients. In short, our clients trust us to do what's in their best interests, not ours. Together, the Apartments Northwest team has successfully closed in excess of $850 million in apartment transactions.
